Description: This research examines geomorphological processes affecting the southern shore of the Kakhovka Reservoir. The study explores the impact of anthropogenic and natural factors on coastal erosion, landslides, and sediment deposition. The findings reveal significant changes in shoreline stability due to the creation of the Dnieper cascade reservoirs, which have altered the base level of erosion and intensified gravitational processes such as landslides and collapses. The research highlights the ongoing transformation of the shoreline and provides insights into sediment transport, coastal retreat, and the environmental consequences of reservoir-induced geomorphic changes.
