Description: This article presents the development and implementation of the "Ice-Spring" automated system designed for long-term forecasting of the dates of ice break-up and disappearance on the Dnipro Cascade reservoirs. The system integrates hydrometeorological data, regression models, and teleconnection indicators provided by NOAA, enabling annual forecasts for 36 hydrological posts. Developed using C# and C++ in Visual Studio, the software has been successfully tested and is intended for operational use by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
